Shame on us, Right?!!

Every successful man now, had dreams, had goals, and they totally believed that they are going to make it. They had a reason to live, a reason to fight, a reason to never give up. Those are the most successful people on this planet, and guess what?!

 I'm totally not surprised that there is still almost none of us one of them yet, while the world is moving on so fast, we are totally out of the race, but why?! Why are we still, totally out of the race like that?! Why?!

 Okay well, our porblem is simple, we fight the one who wants to make a change in this world, we fight the one who believes, the one who has dreams, the one who sets his goals high. We fight people who has the talent, we laugh at people who are trying hard, and in another way, we like to see poeple lose, we want to see them too lazy to chase their dreams, we fight them to make them stop belieing, we humiliate those who wants to have a better future, THOSE WHO WANTS TO CHANGE THE WORLD.

 This is the truth, and this is how we are dealing with those who really, have the ability to make this world a better place of living, this is what makes us really, totally out of the race. Shame on us, don't you think?!

 So, I don't think it is that hard to get it, we are making ourselves look like idiot if we see it in that way, I wonder, to when it will last ?!

I want to see it, exactly like you do.

 I like it when everyone is happy, I want to see people helping eachother, I want to see life full of love, where people share their hope, their kindness, their happiness. I want to see people, fighting for what really matters. I want to see real brothers, realy friends, real lovers. I wanna see a different life.

 Maybe you are wondering why would I want stuff like that ?!! And how could I believe that this really, could happen?!!

 Okay well, if you just try to have a moment with yourself, just to think, honestly. After taking a deep breath, you will realize that this is truely, what do you all want in this life. This is what did we use to want time ago! This is what we were taught when we were young by our grandparents.

 But for a reason or another, we have all forgotten that, but why ?!

 This age of speed again, it made us slaves, it made us forget, forget what do we truely must remember. This age of speed has became the reason for forgetting all what we have learned, and it made us start caring about what does not matter, but... For how long?!!!

 FOR HOW LONG ?!

 When you hold on for a second to think about something...

  And after a while you realize that you really want that thing that you was thinking of to happens and comes true!! It doesn't matter what is it or what kind of things is!! But the important thing that you really want it to happen in your life! A success in study? Being the first in something? Winning a competition or make something come true...?

 Be sure that if you truely want it! You will do it!! If that thing will really make you feel better and happier and proud of yourself you really shouldn't let anyone take that from you! And never let anyone says that you can't even if your close friends are the ones whom think that you can't! If you think that it's going to make you feel better then GO FOR IT! REACH AND GRAB IT! MAKE YOUR DREAM COMES TRUE! It's all about you and what do you want to do with your life after all.

 So?! Ready to move on?

The needed step

 I believe in this life, no matter how things look amazing to us, no matter how many times we said that we are not obliged to work harder because we don't want a better life, no matter how perfect life seemed to us, no matter how perfect we seemed to ourselves! One day we are going to realize that we really have to work harder and smarter because really ... The road of happiness will never end.

 But. It will never end right. But as you are moving forward day after day, moving along this world to the unkown will give you the ability to see yourself and your life from different views. Maybe you will see yourself broken, maybe you will see yourself weak, maybe you will see yourself stupid and idiot, I don't know you may see yourself completely taking the wrong road, the wrong step maybe?!

 But you should never, NEVER let yourself think that you can't! Becarfull if someday yourself will tell you that "CHANGE" is impossible! That being better person is impossible! That Arriving to the perfectness is impossible! Maybe nobody cares! Maybe nobody gives a shit! Maybe nobody wants to listen to your story!

 So what?! I believe and you should believe with me, that this time, is time do do it for yourself! Not for anybody else! I believe that this time, is time to make the needed changes! Changes in the way you're living your life?! Changes in the way you're acting in any situations you face! Change that going to make differences in this world!

Right?!

Who are we?!

 Wherever you go in this life, you will find different kinds of people, so many different kinds of people actually! But, the right question that we are supposed to ask right now is, what kind of people are we?!

 I mean. Are we really the kind of people that we want?! Are we really the kind of people that we wanted to be when we were young?! ARE WE REALLY THE KIND OF PEOPLE that we are going to be proud of few years later?! Are we really the kind of people that history is going to say that we gave everything we have ever had to make the world a better place of living?!

 Are we that kind of people that try to share love, care, happiness, share their smiles, their hope, their humanity just to see better looks in the eyes of others?! Are we?!

 I mean why not for once at least, try to delete all that hate that we have in our hearts for people, why not for once, try to make all those ones who life didn't fair them to smile once again and make them realize that there's still hope and it'll always be! Why not for once, try to forget our gread and give more to others?!

 I believe that if everyone tries to do that at least once, the world will be better place of living!!

We chose...

 Okay well, everyone of us has his own way to act in this life. How to talk, how to care, how to fight, how to live this life. And that's what makes us different and make us like to meet new people, new friends, meet new personalities.

 But at the same time. Everyone of us has his own reaction when he meets a new person. Unfortunately, we've arrived to time that we judge people by their look. judge people by the way they talk or the way they do things. We forgot the meaning of humanity. The meaning of love & care! We chose to hate and laugh at eachother. We chose to be selfish. And in the place of trying to be better friends, we chose to look for better friends!

 We forgot to give, by we wanted to take. We lost the way that our religion and our granparents have taught us to live our lives! This age has killed our hearts and made us slaves for our thoughts!

 But I believe, totally believe that it won't stay like that forever, because if it'll stay like that forever?! We're gonna be screwed.

If we just open our eyes

I'm pretty sure that everyone of us has his own life, his own story. Everyone uses his own words to create his own univers! And you all agree with me. I mean, everyone of us is chasing a dream, and everyone is fighting to make his own world a better place to live! And seriously, most of us are doing good with that.

But at the same time, in the same world, in the same life! A lot of people are suffering for so many different reasons! A lot of people are screaming asking for help! Maybe we can't hear them because the greed that has poisoned our souls! Maybe this age of speed made us think only about what can help ourselves! Maybe for a reason or another, we became so blind to see the real life around us!

We've became too selfish to care about those who really need help! Those who deservers to live a life like we're having! If we just open our eyes and wake our hearts to see the real wrold! Life will be changed!

Coaching a coach! why it's the key

Few years ago, we get this new feeling to the need of being coached. Before, it was something called as advisory or expert consultancy. But now, it's not specific to CEOs and Executives. Everybody, a student, a mother, a teacher, an entrepreneur, a journalist, a scientific researcher.. and more.. all would need a coach in a way or another.

Finally, the result is a connected world of people coaching and getting coached.

So open your mind.. Teach others and learn form them!

Do managers have to be busy?

What a strange question!!

I really mean it, and the real question is:
"Should a manager deal with huge number of email? reading email during the night and during weekends and holiday??"
One day I get an answer from somebody: "Yes he does, that the price to pay to get a privilege to be Manager"

What the HELL!! Believe me that's true!!

What you think yourself about this? Is it necessary to be busy?

Let's sum up the thing

Why we have managers? I think that because we are so focused on our tasks to not have a clear vision on the whole system! so managers are here to have a larger vision and make the right decisions to lead the work of the team!

Do you agree?

If yes, than, I guess managers should have free time to think and to observe.. than make the right decision, because a busy manager will never bring a new to the team, but will deal of a day to day tasks

And that's against the target of having a manager.

What's the solution

I think the missing point here is that managers want to show that they are not lazy, they are always involved, they are in the action.. This why they keep control of the situation.

What if this manager will be sick and in hospital for 3 days? probably the whole business will stop, only if there is wireless access in the hospital .. Grrr

The solution is to delegate, not tasks only, but positions.. and give power of decision to others.

Let me ask you something... Yes you!! Let me ask you a question and you're not obliged to answer me! Just try to be honest with yourself!!

Okay well...  When you was young, all those ideas that have you had!! What have you always wanted to do?! Just try to remember all that believing that you had when you was young. Yeah well, why do you think that all that spirit we had when we were young is fading away now?! Why do you think you let it go all of that dreams that you used to have?! All what have you wanted to do? All what have you wanted to achieve? Every single thing you had in your little imaginary world?! Why is that?!

I'm gonna try to answer that in my viewpoint! Well I believe that we all have changed somehow, and for a reason or another we have choosen the wrong way!! All that spirit that we had is fading away because we stopped believing in ourselves! Because we choosed to listen to people and let the sciety take the control of part of our lives! Because even if we like it or not, the society has taghut us a new word, this word is " Impossible " . And I don't remember that that word used to exist when we were young did it?! So we have chosen that way to live our lives that society gave it to us...

But hey wait! In a way of another. There are people everywhere that have learnt that nomatter how many up's and down's there life is taking! Never forgeting and never stop fighting for things that meant everything to them once is going to be the step that they have always looked for, and choosed it be lead them to happiness?! Success?! Creativity?!! Making dreams come true?! Whatever they have always wanted to do to make a different in this world.

Think of that.
